About the Course

The objective of this course is to introduce and develop the required skills and knowledge of conducting a research on real estate particularly in areas covered by this Post Graduate program.
Estate management is quite a broad term for a number of areas that include property management, surveying, business and finance and the built environment and essentially the subject is primarily concerned with the valuation and management of land and buildings in the public and private sector.

Post Graduate Diploma Diploma, Estate Management programme comprise Property Valuation, Feasibility and Viability Appraisals, Property Management, Building Technology, Law, Economics, Land Economics, and Town Planning, among others. Some of these courses are offered outside the Department.
